How to Complete a Buylist
Sell your trading card singles to Trinity Hobby for cash or receive a 40% trade-in bonus with store credit.
Start Your BuylistOpen the buylist and identify yourself
Open the buylist page. You may continue as a guest, or use Sign In or Sign Up to make future submissions easier to track.
- If you create an account, use the same email address you use for your Trinity Hobby account.
- Your password must be at least eight characters.
- Already registered? Select Sign In instead.
Choose the card game
Select the game that matches the cards you want to sell. Available categories currently include Magic: The Gathering, Pokemon, One Piece, Digimon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Pokemon Japanese and Riftbound.
Search for the exact card
Use the search box at the top of the page. The most reliable search is the card name plus its collector number, such as Pikachu 58/102. or just card set number 58/102.
For yugioh use the set name ID: BLCR-EN099 with the correct rarity
For riftbound: 202a/298 or 101/298
If there is a card you cannot find, feel it may be a card that falls below our buylist threshold. If you think you are are just having trouble finding a card but, you think we will take it. Feel free to let us know and add it to the buylist without entering. (the system is autogenerated, so sometimes a listing was not yet created or it may be an error)
Match every detail before adding the card
- Card name and collector number
- Set or promotional release
- Normal, holofoil, reverse holofoil or stamped finish
- Unlimited, Shadowless, 1st Edition or another printing
- Near Mint or Lightly Played condition
Set the quantity and review your cart
Use the minus and plus controls to set the quantity, then select Add to Cart. Repeat the search for every card in your submission.
- Confirm every card, condition and quantity.
- Compare the cash and store-credit totals. All prices are shown in Canadian dollars.
- Use the trash icon to remove an incorrect card, or select Clear Cart to start over.
- When everything is correct, select Proceed To Checkout.
Enter your details and choose delivery
Complete your contact and address information. You may also include an optional note about your submission.
Choose one option in each section
- How we receive your cards: Dropoff or Mail
- Payment method: Cash or Store Credit
Read the terms and submit your request
Read the agreement carefully, check the box, then select Submit Buylist Request. The submission button becomes available after all required information is complete.
Important submission rules
- Keep the cards in the exact order shown on the final submitted buylist page.
- Unsorted submissions may be charged a 15% sorting fee.
- Cards below the selected condition may be declined or have their value reduced.
- Save your Buylist ID after submitting.
Wait for approval and prepare your cards
Your online buylist is a request, not the final payment quote. Trinity Hobby will review the submission and inspect the physical cards before finalizing the payout.
Final packing checklist
- Your cards are in the same order as the submitted buylist.
- The cards are protected and packed securely without changing their order.
- Your Buylist ID is written down and included when requested.
- You have followed the approval email or instructions for drop-off or mailing.
