Sell Your Cards to Trinity Hobby
We purchase individual cards, full collections, graded cards and bulk from many of the most popular trading card games.
Submit Your BuylistApproval Is Required Before Drop-Off
All regular buylists must be submitted through our online buylist system and approved before being brought to the store.
Please do not bring your cards in before receiving approval. An unapproved buylist may be declined, which could result in an unnecessary trip.
We may occasionally be able to accommodate an unscheduled buylist, but this is not guaranteed. If you have a large or valuable collection, we strongly recommend contacting us in advance.

How Our Buylist Works
Information Required at Drop-Off
- Your buylist number
- Your full name
- Your contact email
- Your preferred payout type: cash or store credit
We may not always be able to process an in-person buylist immediately. Our staff may be assisting other customers, or the staff member specializing in your particular card game may not be available that day.
If you have not received an update or payout within 48 hours, please feel free to contact us.
Our Buylist Rates
Final offers depend on the card, its condition, current market demand and Trinity Hobby's existing inventory.
Our Offers Are a Baseline
Our listed buylist prices are baseline offers. Customers are welcome to ask whether we can adjust an offer, but all negotiations are considered on a case-by-case basis and a higher offer is not guaranteed.
We are generally more open to discussing offers for higher-end cards, especially desirable cards and sought-after collections. Our ability to adjust an offer will depend on condition, market demand, recent sales and our current inventory.
Pokemon Cards
We purchase select Pokemon cards for up to 85% of their current market value. The percentage offered fluctuates based on the card's price, condition, demand and our current inventory.
We normally purchase cards in Near Mint or Lightly Played condition. We may make exceptions for certain desirable or higher-value cards. Cards that do not meet our condition requirements may be declined.
Pokemon Sealed Products
Trinity Hobby may purchase sealed Pokemon products on a case-by-case basis. Please call the store or email info@trinityhobby.com before bringing sealed products in.
Our decision and offer will depend on the product, its condition, current market demand and our existing inventory. Contacting us ahead of time allows us to confirm whether we are currently interested before you make the trip.
Higher-End and Graded Cards
Graded Pokemon and One Piece cards are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please email info@trinityhobby.com or call us before bringing graded cards to the store.
Our online buylist may generate a general catch-all price for a higher-end card. If you believe that offer does not fairly reflect the card's value, we are open to reviewing it and discussing the offer with you.
Selling a Full Collection
If you would like help selling or moving an entire collection, please contact us in advance whenever possible. Large collections do not always need to be entered card by card through our online buylist before the initial review.
If we do not have time or the appropriate specialist available for an in-person appointment, your collection may be dropped off for later review. Please attach your full name, contact email and preferred payout type to the collection.
Card Condition and Sorting
Cards must be submitted under the correct condition and organized to match the submitted buylist. Sleeved cards are accepted.
Trinity Hobby reserves the right to decline a card if it:
- Does not match the condition selected on the buylist
- Does not meet our condition standards
- Does not match the submitted card, set or printing
- Cannot be authenticated or correctly identified
- Is not currently needed due to demand or existing inventory
Incorrectly Graded or Unsorted Buylists
If the majority of a buylist is submitted under the incorrect condition or is improperly sorted, Trinity Hobby reserves the right to apply a processing fee of up to 15% of the total payout.
Bulk Card Buylists
We also purchase bulk Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering and One Piece cards. Bulk cards may be dropped off with your name, contact email and payout information attached.
We may be too busy to count or process bulk while you wait. Please be prepared to leave the cards with us for processing.

Important Buylist Terms
Submitting or receiving approval for a buylist does not guarantee that every card will be purchased. All cards must be inspected before the final payout is confirmed.
Trinity Hobby reserves the right to adjust or decline any buylist item based on its condition, authenticity, current market value, customer demand and our existing inventory. Buylist rates and requirements may change without notice.
